New show ideas!

TERRORISTS...think ASSASSINS but connecting Saddam, Osama, etc.

Too soon?

This is obviously a joke, but anyone have some real ideas?

I would like to see a show based on the lives of Jack and Jackie Kennedy. I see Greg Edelman as Jack and... I'm not sure who for Jackie.

Talk about some interesting character twists--who would play Marilyn Monroe?

There was an Irving Berlin show (his last) called MR. PRESIDENT that played during the Kennedy Administration, but it was about a totally fictitious President and First Lady.

Well Jackie Hoffman obviously should play Jackie.

I wish someone would create a musical based on the characters in the series of books about the African Number one Lady Detective Precious Ramotswe. Think the Lion King music wise but with a great engaging female lead (Maybe Tonya Pinkins? Size wise Nell Carter would have been perfect). the first book has lots of back story. Anyways that's my idea.

So my dear you think you can get to Broadway. Well, let me tell you something. Broadway has no room for people like you. Not the Broadway I know. My Broadway takes people like you and eats them up and spits them out. My Broadway is the Broadway of Merman, and Martin, and Fontaine, and if you think you can build yourself up by knocking other people down... ...GOOD LUCK... Seinfeld

OOh, I like that idea. It immediately makes me think of Wicked (Hooks story, right?), which is a good thing, but I think it would be awesome.

If not a musical, maybe it should atleast be Gregory Maguire's next novel
