New Steven Kind musical

Im sure everyone has heard about Stephen Kings famour broadway flob 'carrie'from 1988. Well next fall his new musical 'Ghost Brothers' is coming to the Alliance theatre in Atlanta. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about this??

first of all... KING, not "Kind"

secondly... not much to say. there have been a couple of developmental sessions but nothing official. they're still writing a lot of the material.

John Mellencamp (yes. the rock n' roll artist) is writing the score. I'm a Mellencamp fan so I'm hoping he can put something together. I've heard two of the songs and they're decent.

Mellencamp made it pretty clear that if it didn't transfer to Broadway, following the Atlanta run, he would throw the show out and quit. He said it in an interview on Playbill.com
