Dodger Theatricals is building a 5 theatre complex. I think think this will be a nice place for young shows to start out. It looks like it will be underground to me. What do you think?

It looks like it's the same space as the former movie theatre where they had such cheap seats -- under the Worldwide Plaza .... We always called it the "$3 movie theatre" ... it IS underground. I believe there were six or seven theatres or more ... so I guess they're redesigning the space.
