New musical PRINCESS vs. Moby Dick Musical - Too Similar?

The simple fact that both shows revolve around an all girls school putting on a play/musical is somewhat strange.
I have not seen either show, so I can't say if they are similar or not.
With that, I think Hairspray and All Shook Up are very similar.
