Just noticed you can now rate recordings
@ castalbumcollector.com.

It's pretty subtle, but if it becomes popular (hopefully) it will be interesting to see the statistics.

You can rate on other sites where you can actually buy the cast recording (Amazon.com).

So you can rate movies on Amazon as well as IMDB too, but that doesn't make IMDB's useless. (Consider that there are many recordings that aren't even available on Amazon, as with the case of IMDB/Amazon), and I think consolidation of database/ratings is a good idea anyway.

And the kind of ratings that castalbumcollector.com might reflect a different audiance than amazon, because most cast recordings on amazon are 4/4.5 stars. Consider that the same people rating the WICKED cast album on Amazon are probably not the same people that are rating the London cast of Pacific Overtures. On castalbumcollector.com it's more feasible the same kind of people rate both.
