See title; there are some great shows that have opened in regional theaters across the country recently, and I was wondering if there were any that people were interested in seeing come to the Great White Way.
As far as I'm concerned, the most interesting pieces are Prometheus Bound (a rock musical that recently opened in Boston, starring Gavin Creel) Allegiance (a show that's been in development for a while, opening soon in San Diego. It has some AMAZING music, and it stars George Takei/Lea Salonga/Telly Leung) and Bonnie & Clyde (which constitutes as the only Frank Wildhorn musical that I've ever truly loved. Laura Osnes and Jeremy Jordan have the leads)
Dumbo - As weird as it may be, I'm just extremely interested in seeing what Disney does with it.
Little Miss Sunshine - I love William Finn.
Allegiance - based on who is starring in it. lol
Master Class - A revival, I know, but I'm VERY excited about it.
Houdini - Danny Elfman/David Yazbek
Merry-Go-Round - The Sherman Bros.
