Newsical goes into previews Sept 10, at the Upstairs of Studio 54. It is starring the amazing Kim Cea. And written by Rick Crom. Tickets go on sale on Mon, and their website, newsicalthemusical.com should be up next week too.

Anything with the AMAZING performer Kim Cea in it you will find me on Opening Night in the front row, sitting in the first sit...I'll be the one screaming like a lunatic...I'm sure you'll know who I am. I'll probably be holding a melting Fudgy the Whale in my arms too..that'll be the dead give away.

Kim was AMAZING.. along with Gavinator and Gambapenny.. in the subpar FAME tour years ago.

Ok--saw this last night. It was very funny. Kim is HILARIOUS! All 4 actors are fantastic--a great ensemble. If you need a good laugh during all of this political madness, catch this show! :)

Saw it the other night a very funny show. You would think Barbara, Liza, Arnold and McGreavey, were in the room. Jeff's Bill Clinton is dead on.
I don't want to give to much away, just to say Rick is a twisted man, his Peter Pan and Michael Jackson skit is insane...

NEWSICAL is smart, witty, funny, irreverant, and dead-on.
Superb cast: Kim, Todd, Stephanie and Jeff
Expert music and lyrics: Rick Crom
First rate direction by Donna drake.
I went this evening and laughed throughout the show. Highly recommend it if your idea of an evening out is to have a good time.
