Next to Normal lotto?

Anyone here know how the Next to Normal lotto has been lately (i.e. level of difficulty it's been to win), considering it's been spring break season and whatnot? I'm taking a trip to ny in the first week of April, and this is the only show I'm doing lotto for. Been planning on going on a Tuesday, but that's only because I assumed it'd be easiest to win that day.

I'd also like to know. When is the spring break week for New York? Next week is break for here in NJ and would like to try lottery for a matinee.

New York City public schools are on Spring Break from the end of school today through April 6, returning to school on Wednesday, April 7.

Also keep in mind that it will be Passover, and I've been surprised to see the number of people who take a vacation during what I thought was such a high holy season. Apparently it's to save themselves from having to clear out their house of all the no-nos.

Last Sunday the lotto was pretty busy for the matinee. I'm bad at guessing how many people but I'd estimate around 50 people. A lot of people were there just to help their friends and not seeing the show themselves though so it was hard to tell. They offered $40 loser seats too. The mezz was about 1/3 empty so my friend and I moved there during intermission and got a whole row to ourselves (fantastic view!). The extreme sides of the orch were empty too, so that must be where all the lotto loser seats are.

The night before, on the other hand, was much busier, according to a friend of mine. She said that they didn't even offer the loser discounts because it was practically sold out.

As long as the performance is not sold out, I think you'd have a pretty good chance at getting the $40 tickets at least. Or the $36.50 ones are available in advance.
