Nocturne ticket

Hey All,
so I bought a ticket for next week's (Thursday, June 25th) Dallas Roberts in Nocturne written and Directed by Adam Rapp at the SoHo playhouse. Turns out I have a conference all next week and can't go. It's a single third row center. I paid 35 for it and would love to make back what I paid for but am really trying to get it off my hands. Am very bummed I can't go. I was so looking forward to this.
