Non-Profit Theatres in the NJ/NY Area?

I'm starting to like shows that are a little more "undiscovered" or "undergroud"-not-on-Broadway shows. Does anyone know any organizations that have very good quality shows? I already know about the York Theatre, George Street Playhouse, and Paper Mill Playhouse. Any more that are good? Updated On: 6/16/10 at 03:28 PM
