Norbert Leo Butz on for this saturdays matinee?

Hi. I got tickets for the saturday matinee of DRS, without even thinking to check that Norbert Leo Butz would be there, could someone tell me if he will be away this weekend, since it is a holiday weekend? thanks

I'm seeing the show Sunday, so let's hope he's in. I haven't heard otherwise.

My reasoning is that he will be in since he's leaving in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed.

My fingers are crossed with you. I think you are probably right, especially since he was out some of the week of June 5th, and as you said, he is leaving soon.

he was in last sunday for me, but not last sat. night. give it a shot. his understudy is awesome though. Has had a lot of experience in the role now and can really make it his.

Do actors usually take off this up-coming weekend because of the holiday? Just curious.

Y'all probably are already aware of this, but just in case ... there's a switch in the usual weekly schedule due to the Fourth of July holiday, with an 8 PM show on Monday night July 3rd and the theatre dark on Tuesday July 4th. So they have the 4th off regardless.

Too hard to tell really. You have about a 50% chance. Try the box office and see if he is scheduled to be out. If so, you could probably make arrangements.

He should have more than a 50$ chance of being there since its his third to last performance.
