Well, it seems as if he may. I don't know, I'm no expert, but he has probably been around to get Jonathan Pryce used to the role.

It's always hard to say if any performer will be in on a given day. So many factors could prevent him performing that day (ie sickness, family emergency, etc). As of now, he is scheduled to perform.

If the reports of nodes on his vocal cords are accurate, he may very well be out by 2/5. Depending on the severity of the problem he has, he may be on vocal rest for some time.
As far as anything official that has been announced, I haven't seen anything.
