OBC EVITA Vinyl Sleeve Variations#1

My friends recently found an OBC Evita Vinyl at a local record store. Their sleeve has a very nice silver foil and raised title. This is different from my Evita vinyl, which has simple grey letters. Does anyone know about these two different types of vinyl sleeve? Was the silver foil a limited edition or something? I'm just really curious.

When the album was first released that was the original cover for at least a couple of years. Then they switched to the cover you described presumably to save money.
