OT: 9 to 5 wallpaper. Help!

So, I'm really loving this (www.9to5themusical.com/images/9to5_group_wallpaper.jpg) 9 to 5 wallpaper.

Unfortunately, my desktop screen resolution is 1280 x 800 and when I try to use it in the "Stretch" position, the wallpaper gets skewed and looks like this: http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/3082/stretch.png.

If I use it in the "Center" position it's way too big and looks like this:http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/2442/center.png.

I tried to just re-size and cut it so that it fits and got this: http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/3687/tryz.png but it cuts off too much of Stephanie to my liking.

Does anyone here have mad graphics skills? Can anyone figure out a way to make this image fit onto my desktop without it getting skewed or having to cut anyone off? TIA!!

PS: I was thinking of something like this: http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/5921/newskd.png but don't know how to extend the background without making it look stupid.

i always tile my images so that they don't get skewed

Yeah, that would work except because the picture is so big, it ends up looking like this: http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/1368/tile.png. If I do it with a resized pic, it just looks like this again: http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/3687/tryz.png.

see, I gave up on using those backgrounds, plus I wanted one of just the girls, so I tiled this and I love it
