Nobody Lives Over a Pretzel Factory (9 perf) launched Martin Sheen. Robert Preston was in Nobody Loves an Albatross which ran all season to good reviews.

I love Murder at the Howard Johnson's! Very funny play.

There's a major flaw to be found in "The Dinner Party". A key point in the action involves someone saying "God Bless You" as another sneezes. As the play is set in Paris and involves Parisians, Simon didn't realize that Europeans don't acknowledge sneezes the way we do in the States.
It's important to write about people and places that you're familiar with.
