Off Broadway Recommendations

Hello everyone!

I’m making a trip to NYC this summer... does anyone have recommendations about the best off broadway musicals or plays to see? Preferably something not too mainstream. Thank you!

If you want something more avant-garde, I would suggest the Summer Works series at Clubed Thumb or Ant Fest at Ars Nova
