Scoundrel, you'd sure think that was the case .... that there couldn't possibly be anyone who's ever known or met Greg who doesn't love him. But realistically, the way some people are, there may be those few who don't. I wonder how the woman whose Playbill he wouldn't sign at the exact moment she wanted him to do so feels about him. When I read that story (on the BWW boards; was it one of the love thread regulars who told us that story?), it just made my love and respect for Greg grow. As I recall, what happened was, after a DRS performance, the actors were helping collect money for BC/EFA. Some woman came up to Greg in the middle of this and asked him to sign her Playbill. He politely told her that he'd be happy to later but couldn't do it right then. Apparently she got a bit tiffed about it. Whoever relayed the story here on the boards said Greg handled the situation as best as anyone could have. To me, it shows what a great guy he is and that he has the right priorities in order. Yes, fans are important to him, but right then the more important matter was collecting that money to help fight AIDS!! I say she couldn't have been a true Greg fan ... I don't think any of us would be that rude. I've tried to find the original message that told this story and can't find it. Anyway, there ya go ... the tale of someone getting mad at our Greg. Who'd've thunk it? :)
