Here to join in on the love = ] I finally saw Jersey Boys for the first time Wednesday and was dissapointed that John wasn't in for the show. (However, Michael was brilliant!) I'm hoping to catch him in the role the next time I do rush. So yeah... John rocks!

I think you should John about this thread too! It would be amazing to see Jersey Boys once, but to have seen it six, almost seven times!, has got to feel great. I'm so jealous of you, new_philosophy_girl!

Sure, post them if you can! I'd love to see them.

And this isn't necessarily related to John, but I was downstairs getting dinner and the television was on. It was Entertainment Tonight. They were showing what kind of interviews they would have on this weekends episode and on of the interviews is going to Frankie Valli. They said did mention Jersey Boys. I just wanted to post it here in case anyone else plans on watching it.

I hope all of that made sense.

This thread makes me all warm and tingly. So much love for Jersey Boys...

I'm taking my parents tonight as a 30th wedding anniversary gift. First time for them- fifth time for me. I've been sitting on these tickets since February and they have NO idea what I'm planning. Can't wait to see their faces when we pull up to the theater!

Hi All!
I am a complete Broadway World virgin...but found this as I was searching for some JLY fansites...and what can I say? I feel like I've come home!
I live in London and have only got to see the show the once (so far!) but once was enough to fall head over heels.
Great to read your stories and experiences - I especially love your personal pics - Meryl's look AMAZING!!!!

In answer to your question Alejandra925 - I saw JB in May on my first trip to NY. Saw several other shows too - but nothing, NOTHING compared....I only wish I saw JB 5 times instead of seeing 4 other shows!! (scary huh?) Apart from the fact I totally fell for JLY (I get the suspicion I'm not alone with that?!!!) I could not pin point one aspect that made it stand out - it was the overall experience to be honest. The story, the set, the acting, the singing...the fact that is biographical.
Now all I do is play my soundtrack (I'm on my 3rd copy from Amazon!) and look forward to the day I can see it again...

I'm hoping that it will come to London in the next couple of years....keep hearing rumours. Anyone hear anything about that on here?

btw jerseyboyslover...I don't have myspce yet...but as soon as I do I'll let you know!x

Welcome JLY's Jersey Gal....I'm pretty new on here too!

It amazes me that JLY writes back to everyone...he must spend ALL his spare time (if he ever gets any) sending replies...Amazing, amazing guy.

I have written once and was so thrilled with my reply - but I have noticed some of you have written more than once...I'm dying to write again - but was thinking he'd get annoyed that I was being greedy!!! ADVICE PLEASE!!!!

You guys may know this already but just seen on the West End board that Cameron Macintosh is bringing JB to London at the Novello Theatre in April 2007........I almost fell off my chair.
