did anyone read the latest issue of New York Mag, and the article on Lemony Snicket!? He says, that the musical version, (started b4 the first bok) is half finished!

When i first read the books i thought they would make a great musical! NOW look- they've already started! aaaanndd theres an article on the Oj Simposn musical. oy vay.

The kids I babysit for are reading them. They actually look pretty good so once they make the rounds with the 4 of them (the kids) I'll borrow them.

haha. They are really good books and they have the potential to be a really good sorta off-center, gothic musical. With dark humor and sarcasm. i cant wait!

Saw the movie of Lemony Snicket last night and loved it----can totally see how it would make a good musical.

i know. I always thought they could have this creepy Emcee like narrator and when the orphans have to make Puntenessca sauce (or w/e it's called) he can swing down from the flies and do a rousing solo number. hehe
