I'd love to see this version of Waiting for Godot in London with Ian McKellan and Patrick Stewart. I hope it comes to NYC. I'd even go out to BAM to see it if I had to, as that is where some London transfers end up.

Has anybody seen it that can say what it was like?

(not meaning to take away from the Broadway Waiting for Godot at the Roundabout)

You might want to try the West End Board.

"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."

Thanks, WBAF.

I'd actually rather hear what Americans think of it because the British have a very different sense of humor. They like "broader" humor a lot more than I do, and more than American taste. To me broad humor can be stupid or just not funny, though I doubt this show is that.
