Old Musical ?

I dont know the composer or lyricist or anthing..accept the name of the show
So This is Paris.
i saw it many, many years ago in a small community theatre..i have tried to find it but never have had any luck..any one have any ideas.
(the basic story line i remember is a cripple girl in paris)
it had some very sweet music

I wonder if it's related to the Ernst Lubitsch, 1926 silent film of the same name.....

i wish i knew if there were a data base for all musicals..weather they were broadway or not.
i mean i know it was done by a community theatre so there had to be some kind of contract .right?
