On Your Feet OR Lazarus Ticket Swap 11/19

Hello! I double-booked myself on Thursday, November 19th with Lazarus and On Your Feet. I was hoping someone could swap dates for either On Your Feet or Lazarus with me for any other performance as I still really want to see both shows!! The seat for On Your Feet is row P seat 108. Call Ticketmaster or go to the OYF box office and see if they'll exchange OYF for a different date?

Thanks for that idea, but I got it through Audience Rewards so I doubt they would be able to do anything.

I was able to change a date with audience reward tickets. I told the person I was in the hospital and couldn't attend. She was very pleasant. She did explain that their policy is no exchanges. I'd ask to speak to a manager if you try and the person says no.

Thank you so much Sully for that suggestion! They weren't able to move me to another date but they did reimburse my money and points. Not to mention they were incredibly nice about it!
