Orchestra Musicians Cut List

Every Bway theatre has a minimum # of musicians who must be hired for a musical presented in that theatre. This # is the result of negotiations between the League and the musicians' local. If musicians are hired over the minimum, those musicians can be hired "on the cut list" which means that at any point after a contractually specified point (which I can't recall) any or all of the cut list players can be released after 2 weeks notice.
