Orchestrations - On the Twentieth Century

Playbill lists the orchestrations as being by Larry Hochman and David Krane.  To my ears I think the show should at least mention Hershy Kay somewhere since so much of the orchestrations sound like Kay's originals. 

 

Are my ears deceiving me?
