I just purchased some limited view seats for the SF Wicked Tour (I live in LA, but happen to be in town and since tickets were near impossible here, got some for SF). Does anyone have any feedback on how limited the view really is at the Orpheum when sitting on the sides? They are still full priced (and not half off like at the Gershwin in NY for limited view, which I think isn't even that limited), so i am hoping they won't be that bad. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated. I saw Idina twice in the Bway version and want my family to see it. It'll be interesting to compare Eden with Idina (like I know many already have). Thanks in advance!
Been to the Orpheum theater many times here in SF!
I am trying to remember....I think it was Hello Dolly in 1994 where I had side seats....extreme right hand side balcony seats.
And...they were not bad! I don't recall missing anything, like you do at the Curran with side seats...now those suck!

That's encouraging! The lottery and standby in LA was INSANE. I think its actually easier to get tickets to the show in NY! There were at least 50 people in the standby line when I gave up, 2 hrs prior to the show, AND some people had been there at 10am....crazy!
