Phantom by Maury Yeston. Better than Webber. Much.
When someone blunders, we say that he makes a misstep. Is it then not clear that all the ills of mankind, all the tragic misfortunes that fill our history books, all the political blunders, all the failures of the great leaders have arisen merely from a lack of skill in dancing. - Moliere

The LSOH revival cast. Everyone seems to hate the poor thing so much, and I absolutely love it. ^_^;

I love Once on This Island, but I don't feel guilty for liking it. It has wonderful music, a heartbreaking story, and well-thought out characters.

"Movin' Out" - What can I say? I am a sucker for Billy Joel songs.
I have to go to confession with Priest. I too enjoyed Cats. (Hangs head in shame) You can't deny it has some catchy songs! It just lacks substance.

CJR, you are not alone! I love it!
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel

I used to watch it (ACL the movie) when I was little... and then grew up to be friends with someone in it, so it holds an extra special place for me even though I kvetch all the time about how horrible it is compared to the stage show.

I would agree with all of these. Some of my guiltier shows include...
Side Show
Scarlet Pimpernel
and Titanic, my first show. Even though there was almost NO plot the music is great!
