re: Our House @ the Lowry - Review

It hasn't closed early its ending on time, my friend is the assistant MD on the show and he said business has been pretty good but they did have to discount a lot

re: Our House @ the Lowry - Review

I just got home from what seems to be the final performance.
I loved the show from start to finish. I have seen the DVD of the original production but forgotten most of the plot and purposefully not reacquainted myself with it before seeing the show so was really moved by the fire (without wanting to spoil it).

I think it will be a shame if this isn't seen again. Take Chicago out of the Cambridge Theatre and put Our House back in.

The only thing that that spoiled it for me was some of the audience singing whenever they knew the words and talking through a lot of the scenes. The man next to me was ready to thump them I'm sure.

I was there too.
It was an emotional last night and the cast seemed to be having an awesome time!
Everyone was full of such energy and although some parts were different to London and the set changed, it worked just as well, if not better..
An amazing evenings theatre
