I least liked being in "Beauty and the Beast". I played Maurice. It was horribly miscast. In a whole it was a great show, but I really did not get as much from it, as I had from other shows. Although I made some great friends, it was my least favorite as a whole.

I most liked being apart of "Rumors". I loved working with such a small and talented cast! I played Ken. It is such a great and funny show, and the show as a whole was great! I also made some really good friends in this show as well.

And you?

Least- Annie. I played Mr. Bundles which is the stereotypical dumb fat guy. He has like 3 lines then I was ensemble.

Liked- Damn Yankees. I played Smokey, I got to sing by myself in a number and be on stage alot. It was so much fun and biggest part to date.

HATED: I was a Soldier in the Sound of Music, and I know "there are no small parts", but in that show I did nothing. I walked across the stage once and stood there during another scene. I'm sorry but if I'm in a musical I want to sing and dance, and I didn't get to, I was so pissed. But I should've expected it, there's one teenage guy part of Rolf and my best friend got it, who always got parts over me because he knew people.

LOVED: Chorus member in Grease. I think I did more in that show that I did in shows I actually had a decent part in.

least- OKLAHOMA! I played Will Parker but the show was horribly casted. the dancing was boring, our director hardly showed up to rehearsals, and our vocal director tried to make us do things that he knew we couldnt do.

loved- AIDA!!! I'm currently in it as MEREB! its such a fun role and the music is just completely my favorite of any show ive done. the cast is great and the overall production could not be better!

The one show I am not getting into is the one I am doing right now. I am playing Mary Sunshine. Chicago is not one of my favorite shows, I just haven't gotten into it. I joined the cast like two weeks ago and we open next Friday. The guy play the part originally quit, and they called me and I accepted the part even though I had a summer cold and couldn't sing for a week. It is just taking me a while toe get into the show.

I have a couple of roles that I LOVE---I loved playing Sam/Alfred in Romance, Romance, and I loved playing the Baker in Into the Woods, and I really loved playing Marvin in Falsettos.

LOVED: Sally Brown in YAGMCB..it was SO much fun, and since it wa a small cast I made life friends. God it was great, I miss it re: Out of the shows that you have done, what one did you enjoy being apart

Hated: AIDA. I love the show, the music, the characters, everything, but not only did this show not even go past a few weeks rehearsal, I was terribly miscast. I'm more of an Amneris voice...

"It's a great feeling of power to be naked in front of people. We're happy to watch actual incredible graphic violence and gore, but as soon as somebody's naked it seems like the public goes a bit bananas about the whole thing."

Loved: West Side Story...I was a dancer so I was really able to just enjoy the dance at the gym instead of stressing about lines and what not. This part was definately the smallest I have ever been cast into but I really feel like I was able to just do my own thing and I loved it....especially with such a great show.

Hated: The Wizard of Oz. Overall a very corny musical...I played Glinda and I loved that aspect...but looking back, I just really didn't fall for the show.

I like to keep the love one to myself

Hated: Being the mamoth in: The Sknin of our teeth.

HATED: Chastity in Anything Goes.... i can dance but it is most certainly not my type and i had almost no fun at all except for "take me back to manhattan" which was alright...

LOVED: three-way tie here-- Petra in "A Little Night Music" because it is such a beautifully written role, June in "Anyone Can Whistle" she is a small role but a definitive cog/piece of the engine of cookies-- I got to make some really bold choices and I loved the message of the show, and Gertrude McFuzz in "Seussical"... they don't write 'em much better than that. I would do that show every day for the rest of my life... it was very very satifying.

and you?

There's nothing you can know that isn't known. Nothing you can see that isn't shown. Nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be. It's easy: ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE.

Loved: Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie

Hated: I don't really think I've hated a role yet, but I suppose my least favorite would have been chorus in Little Shop only because it was such a small part and I barely saw the stage.

Fiddler on the Roof and 1776 both made me feel like I was a part of something special and important.

Once Upon a Mattress felt like a big "who cares" waste of time.

i hated the first time i did Annie i was just an extra orphan w/o a name-the only one and i hated the first time i did the Sound of Music. I've been a nun both times but the first time was horrible.

I absolutely loved playing Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. its such a great show and i would love to do it again, whether i'm Audrey or not. its so much fun!

Petra - (Peter) in Applause. A dry role for a character actress, and it WAS a great role for someone who cant sing but not a great role at all. It was what i deserved it was just BORING. The whole show was miscast, the leads were jerks, my two best freinds were miserable...just a horrid experience.

Ive loved pretty mcuh everything else..

MOST - I haven't done it yet, but probably Seussical this year. I think I'll have fun and hopefully be cast as Mayzie or Gertrude... otherwise, I'm not doing the show.

LEAST - Les Mis, because my director completely miscast a couple of the major roles, and I hated the entire production because of it... and now, I can't see anything Les Mis without cringing at the old memories of the show.

LEAST- Last year I was in a terrible production of The Canterville Ghost. By far the worst show I was ever in...besides being cast as a 9 year old boy (I'm a 16 year old girl), no one knew their lines, we had virtually no talent in the cast (i was one of the 2 people who had ever done theater outside of school),and even the tech was messed up. We ended up skipping over a few scenes entirely, and one girl even brought her script onstage...during the showw. *cringes*

MOST-A few months ago I was in Oliver at a local theater. I was just a workhouse boy and a pickpocket (another boy..im seeing a trend... :-P)but it was an amazing experience. That was such a fun show, plus everyone in it was a professional so I learned so much.

"If you're a writer or a painter, you write or paint whenever you want to. But we have to do this task at a precise moment. At three minutes past eight, the curtain goes up, and you've got to pretend to believe, because no one else will believe you unless you believe it yourself. A great deal of our work is simply making ourselves dream. That is the task. At three minutes past eight,YOU MUST DREAM."
