Does anyone know where the general public can view the awards ceremony for the 2019 Outer Critics Awards? I'd love to hear the speeches from the winners, but I can't seem to find them anywhere.

I can't recall the Outer Critics Circle Awards ever being broadcast or streamed. If you Google ''Outer Critics Circle'' at YouTube, you can find snippets of winners' speeches shot by Sandi Durell from Theater Pizzazz. Her latest posting features Stephanie J. Block, Bryan Cranston and Bob Mackie. If you look at her posts from previous years, she usually includes clips from more winners' speeches. And Suzanna Bowling from Times Square Chronicles posted Cranston and Andre de Shields' speeches at YouTube.
