is it me, or is none of the cast or creative team of paradise square doing their due diligence on the producer of this show? A track record of unpaid bills, jail time and unethical practices should give people pause. Now, I am thrilled that Broadway is coming back and there is work for such amazing talent but people be careful, wherever Garth goes shows close and people get stiffed. Simply google; LIVENT, Blackcreek Music Festival! Also study the reviews from Berkley - it was a big snooze. Its a very late to the game Hamilton clone with a great cast and weak book. . .

is it me, or is is odd that someone joins up to post for the first time (7/4/21) a pointed disparagement of a single show and its producer...? Everyone knows Garth and his past. Not one person involved with this show could possibly avoid knowing. Their choice and their risk.
Were you personally affected by his past and crimes?
Or are you somehow involved with the competing show about Five Points and that period in American/New York history that has been vying for commercial opportunities over the past few years...?
or is it just me...?
oh, and check you caps lock. :)

Posted: 7/4/21 at 2:14pmIt isn’t even remotely a “Hamilton” clone. Not in costuming, not in lighting, not in score or lyric style, not in choreography.

also, the cast and most of the creatives are covered by bonds and/or advances. Maybe I have forgotten but I do not recall Livent cheating cast and creatives. They definitely cooked the books and cheated investors. I expect that investors now (as well as vendors) will have done their due diligence (and if not they have no one to blame but themselves).
