The Lily Tomlin role, Violet, was always my favourite character. I'm excited to see Allison Janney play it!

I love how sweet Dolly Parton is...You just want to hug her, lol!
I am really excited for this. After being a huge fan of the movie, I can definitely see the 'musical' potential far more than some other shows that have opened in the past few years, and with how personal the material probably is for Dolly, I'll bet the music she's writing is going to be fantastic for the story!
...And what a cast with Janney, Hilty, Block, and Kudisch!!!

Marc Kudisch looks pretty hot...
Alisson Janney is a fantastic actress, can't wait to see her in this show. I hear Hilty is quite talented as well. Block is the only one I'm not too enthusiastic about but the rest of the cast does sound amazing.
I wonder if Bebe Neuwirth is still attached to the project.
