Hey all!
Just got back from BROADWAY IN BRYANT PARK! Today was even better than yesterday because I asked the organizers of the event if I could respectfully get closer to the stage to take pictures and they said it was fine. I made sure not to obstruct anyones view.
The show was great.
The Lion King
Enter Laughing
Hairspray
Forbidden Broadway
Everyone was great. I was especially impressed with the cast of The Lion King and Hairspray. These kids have serious talent. The cast of Hairspray was especially generous. They posed for lots of pictures with folks and stuck around for a while.

George S. Irving...love love love him! I saw him in "Meet Me in St. Louis" at the Irish Reperatory Theater a few years ago. It was so great to see "Heat Miser" in person. :oP

Fabulous pictures. I saw you taking them today (and I can tell because, judging from the angles, I was right behind you).
I'm going to upload the videos I took of the performances from ENTER LAUGHING to YouTube early next week (when I get back to LA). Not too shabby of a show, I think.

Haha, I don't know you! But I know there were some folks (i.e., you) taking some pictures up close, and there was one male. So I put two and two together, and figured it had to be you!
Fabulous pictures. Really, really great. I got friendly with a woman who, in turn, is friendly with whomever is playing Simba right now -- I'll send these over to her to pass on!

love your photography and plus it looks like it came from the pro. nice they let you cloder today.
usually apa doesnt stagedoor, but the rest of the cast does.
