PIAZZA broadcast -- repeated?

Just curious. In the old days, the "Live From..." shows were rebroadcast at least once in the initial air week (even if in the wee hours). Does anyone know if PBS in the New York area has scheduled the PIAZZA rebroadcast? I'm gone all day tomorrow, and though I can set my VCR, I'm wondering if we'll have another opportunity. Any info welcome.

"The Light in the Piazza" airs tomorrow, Thursday June 15 at 8PM on your local PBS station.

Rarely does PBS ever reair a Live from Lincoln Center performance. I've been waiting for "Contact" to rerun for years.

I didn't think they could 're-air' it. That's a Union Contract thing isn't it?? Doesn't everyone have to get paid for it if they do?

We get it twice in Seattle, but our first airing isn't until Sunday.

Yay! Thank god for DVR because I have finals starting that I need to study for, So I can DVR it and watch it whenever I want, multiple times! I will probably watch the beginning anyway.

Thanks so much, Hanna. I'm gonna back-up tape on the 17th, the 1.am slot. And yes, that seems consistent with PBS in the past, who often sneak in the repeats in the wee hours.

I am curious. If the show is "Live" from Lincoln Center, I wonder why it is showing in Cincinnati at 9 pm? I am afraid that it will come on at 8 instead, so I will be looking to make sure. I definitely don't want to miss it!

It doesnt come on until the 22 for me! Does anyone know why it is in an hour time slot?

They do re-air these things, just when everyone is sleeping.

Each PBS station is airing it at different times (and day), so it's important to check your local listings. In DC it's airing at both 8pm and 9pm (two different stations).
