Yes, they sell just plays. Dramatists is one major house, the other being Samuel French. I think it's www.samuelfrench.com. Why did you say besides the drama book shop, they have everything EVER?

yeah, but they dont have the one i am looking for.....so on the Dramatists site...all i do is pick my play and order it and just ignore the whole Company and liscening and stuff?....

Years ago when they had a store in NYC the only time you had to do anything with the licensing stuff was when you purchased a number of scripts of the same play. I've never had any problems buying one copy of a play.

You don't have to do any of that, you can just buy ONE play.

I love that book store. I was very angry when my mother demanded that I leave the store (20 minutes in a store like that is CLEARLY not enough time lol)
