I was at yesterday's matinee performance of AB and couldn't agree less with some of the negative bsshing it's been getting. Leguizamo was fine and I really was impressed with Cedric's performance -- very controlled (until the last scene, of course) and insightful. I've never SEEN the play performed so I have no basis of comparison but thought it moved at a good pace. I was particularly struck by the almost Pieta-like image at the end.

Now, if only Raul would do Teach the next time!
