It does show Left Mezzanine Row AA Seat 1, so there's a view front row, first seat on the aisle. (This is the only view I could find on this site or View From My Seat that exactly matches your description.) There is clearly a protruding bar in the line of sight. Interestingly, the Telecharge seat map says "This seat is full view, but has slightly less legroom," while the Broadway Direct seat map says "Obstructed View: there is a railing that may obstruct part of the stage." Quite a difference!
