Does anyone know anything about this show that's based on the movie that starred Tatum and Ryan O'Neal? Theatreweek raved about it back in '96, but it folded en route to Broadway. Any info. about this show is helpful. That's all I know...
Also looking if anyone knows of the licensing group who owns the rights to this show?
And if she'll say, "My darling, I'm yours!" I'll throw away my striped tie and my best pressed tweed, all I really need is the girl...

Posted: 7/21/04 at 4:57pmI know that it played at The Papermill with Gregory Harrison and Christine Ebersole and that it had a subsequent production at The Walnut Street -- and that its not very good---but thats about all I know.

The music was by Larry Grossman, who, in my opinion, never wrote a flop that wasn't excellent. I haven't heard this score, so who knows, it might be his first. Check out this gifted composers other scores:
