Posted: 11/22/08 at 1:45pmIm sorry there is probably another thread on here about this kind of thing...but where is the BEST place to view The Macys Day Parade, is there anywhere accesible to the public that you can see the performances on the floats, I know that the Broadway performances cannot be seen, but how about David Archuleta....?

Posted: 11/22/08 at 1:55pmIf I remember correctly, the parade starts up at Central Park West, at 77th St. and goes down until it reaches Columbus Circle, where it goes down Broadway, until it hits Macy's at 34th St. I know for a fact that all you really can see if you are out watching the parade is whatever the celebrities are doing on the float at the moment. Anything you see on television, you have to be in one of the special viewing seats in front of Macy's.

Posted: 11/22/08 at 3:47pmIf you go by columbus circle you can usually get a good spot. That's where I always go but anywhere you go you defiantly gotta get their early and just camp out. Have fun if your going!
