Paris - A Story of Love And Its Power

Has anyone heard this work? If so, I would appreciate any info you're willing to give. I am thinking of picking up with 2CD recording. Being that Philip Quast is in the cast, I'm sure there are voices on here waiting to be heard!
"What the hell happened to you? You look like a Make-A-Wish Kid. You know, I just knew you were gonna bring shame on this new family of ours, and it just figures you had to go make yourself over into some heroin-shootin skate board chic on the only day E! could interview you!" - Cherry Cherry, on her daughter Mary Cherry

Philip Quast? (Suddenly Magic is wide awake!!!!) Where did you find this CD? I must have it. His Donmar show is the most brilliant thing ever. (Little obsessed with him.:))
There's always room for pathos - and jazz hands.

"It's not always about you!!!" (But if you think I'm referring to you anyway, then I probably am.)

I saw the recording on footlight.com. Just search "Paris" under cast recordings. The cover is pretty.

Hello Tiff - can you tell us what you thought?

"Paris--A Story of Love and it's Power"??
PLEASE tell me that title is satirical.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

It's legit! I do think they should change the title though.

I have the CD, but haven't been able to get through it. It reminds me of Masada in style. Very sweeping and majestic, yet not memorable. It gets a bit tiring after about ten minutes.

Speaking of Masada, what happened to that show? It was supposed to premiere in Chicago last September and then completely disappeared.
