I can’t find an answer for my question so I figured I’d ask here. I’m supposed to see Shucked in August but might not be able to make it because of a work event. Broadway Direct does offer past dating so I’ll do that instead of trying to sell my ticket. I’m able to exchange but I’m trying to avoid the $10 fee Ticketmaster charges now.
Anyway, hypothetically let’s say I past date for a date in late September or early October but Shucked announces closing like Labor Day weekend. Will I get a refund?

Past-dating is just a courtesy, and I say there's absolutely no way you'd get a refund for a show that has passed.

I'd spend the $10 and reschedule it so in the event it does close, you will get a refund. If you don't go to your show, and then they close, you aren't owed a cent.

This is what I’ll probably do. Thank you!
