Posted: 11/28/07 at 5:29pmI had tickets to see Young Frankenstein on Broadway and something came up the day of. I ended up not making the show. I know refunds aren't an option. However, I heard from a friend that it is possible to call the day of a show and possibly get seats with the "past date" tickets. Is this at all true?

Posted: 11/28/07 at 6:06pmI work for 2 broadway shows yes it is true. You call the number on back of the ticket which is telecharge the day you want to go and ask if they are past dating for that performance. You probably have a better chance trying for a Tuesday-Thursday performance but I don't know how well Young Frankenstein is selling.
