As always, Margo is correct. It was Amanda Peete. Her character does do a bit of undressing in the first act. She spends quite a bit of time in a bra and panties.

A thought:

When things become more definite, perhaps we can organize a BWW theater party. We might be able to get a group discount. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get Patrick to meet with us afterwards.

I realize that BAREFOOT is a piece of fluff. What's wrong with that every once in a while? When all the pieces fall into place with this material it can be quite charming.

Did anyone stop to realize that Patrick may be doing the Simon comedy just because he wants to do something light for a change?

Oh, that definitely crossed my mind. I didn't really know anything about Barefoot in the Park and when my mom started telling me about it, and how it's a comedy, I thought that's a nice change for Patrick. He's done such serious stuff for the most part over the last few years.. gets a little repeatitive if you ask me. Not to mention what that can do to a person emotionally.

That has been my thought, too. I like Neil Simon's comedies and they are a nice diversion from more serious projects. Patrick is very versatile and will do any part well.
