How is the licensing handled for last-minute changes in a song list on a Broadway stage? Does the theatre already have a blanket license from ASCAP, etc.?

^In my personal opinion...yeah. I've heard guys do the part, IMO, better. Again, not knocking the guy's talent, I just really do not like his voice.
