STOP IT! Seriously, just add to another post instead of starting more and more and more on the same damn topic!

matt= not a pig
matt= funniest SOB on this board
I love you Matt_G *points to the bug thread which, instead of starting a new one, she brought back an old one through the miracle of "search"*
I know.. but i neeed a review.. sorry from now i'll post in the Brooklyn topic.. BLAH!!!
(I'm still dying)
Nice, BrooklynFan. You kiss Eden with that mouth?
I love it when I laugh out loud at my computer...
it doesn't matter if it's the same mouth since she's only kissing Eden's a$$
BrooklynFan, why are you here?
Matt, don't worry. Your icon is uber hot. Meow, SVU detective.
Here is someone's review from All That Chat:
Tonight was the first real preview.
SPOILERS
Too long. My rear was aching at 2 hours and no intermission. It's too much for just Brooklyn's search for her Daddy.
Too vague. What's the competition between Brooklyn and Paradice the diva? I'm sure I nodded off in the down moments which were filled with the Streetsinger's songs of "importance" and "reality".
Too American Idol. Must all the songs have endless key changes and screaming at the end?
Too little for $100. And STILL the audience was on their feet at the end. Talk about programming!
Eden Espinosa was OK as the title character/borough/state of mind. But it's not that solid a character to get all hot and bothered about. Quite a step down from Elphaba.
Cleavant Derricks was fine as Streetsinger, even if saddled with all that importance. A muddy part.
We finally get Joe Gillis on Broadway where he belongs. Kevin Anderson is pretty faboo. While not a trained voice, he's in perfect voice for the drug addled father (not AGAIN!). And sexy as all hell. Even if he looks a bit awkward doing those shuffle moves.
Ramona Keller tries to eat the scenery as the super Paradice, but the music curiously lets her down just when she should soar. But she's fine anyway.
And Karen Olivo rounds out the cast as Faith, Brooklyn's unfortunate mother. Solid.
The plot left me cold and the music sounded too repetitive. One can't help but miss TABOO (same theatre) after this half-hearted effort. I'm sure all the creators have their hearts in a sacred place. It just doesn't translates across the footlights. I hope they'll tighten it, but I don't think it'll make much of a difference.
What's next? DA BRONX?
I love the suggestion of DA BRONX. That would be hillarious. Heck, I'd go see it.
People over here said it was only 90 minutes? Where did he get 120 ?
He probably was just rounding up/making a general statement.
