I look forward to your coming back to New York. I would love to see you perform again.

HOWEVER, you didn't answer my question about your union's representation of you in this matter.

Or are they the party you accuse of "underhanded deals"? If not, who are you accusing of making those deals?

And as for the complainants being privileged information, no--once a lawsuit is filed, it is public information.

Wanda you don't even owe this a reply--and I think you've explained yourself on this forum with grace and clarity but my one worry--is are any fo you concerned in this worried that iit won't just mean that in the future people will be more careful about how they get the rights to these kindsa of properties (ie Tony clips) but more so, and sadly I think this WILL be the outcome, no one will even ever bother to again?

I *know* it's not your responsibility to worry about that kinda thing but I think it's the reason many here ARE worried.
