....seems Edward Hibbert quietly left the company this past weekend to begin Curtains rehearsals.
Best wishes to Mr. Bartlett, who was one of the few highlights of The Frogs.

Hilarious in NEVER GONNA DANCE as well. I believe he also has a recurring role on One Life to Live.
Yes, he's a very funny actor who'll bring something unique to this slightly under-written role. Hibbard did wonders with it, so will Peter.
Man, I would have liked to have seen Hibbert one last time. Too bad he didn't give any public notice.

Peter's was definetly one of the highlights for me when I saw The Frogs, and he was great with his cameo in The Producers movie.
I for one, cannot wait to see Edward in Curtains.

Wow, I'm lucky I saw the show on Sunday then. I thought he was one of the funniest actors in the show.

i also saw it on sunday evening and at the stage door he seemed very calm and almost as if it was just another day.. then he told us all it was his last performance and to go see him in curtains.. he will be missed in drowsy chaperone but i'm excited to see him in curtains!

Oh, wow. I was in the city this weekend and I won the lotto on Saturday night - the last ticket. I'm so glad I got to see Edward before he left. It's funny, I remember thinking when he came on, "Shouldn't he be leaving for Curtains soon?"

I was at the Sunday matinee. I went to the stagedoor, but only Patrick Wetzel came out.
Bartlett was Nigel, Asa's butler on One Life To Live.
...I didn't know that off the top of my head... my mom told me.
