OK it was brought up at rehersal tonight so I'm asking you all
cause no one I know really knows the answer!!!

When Madam Gerri (sp) is taking Raul down to the phantom, before she says this is as far as I go, she says

KEEP YOUR HAND AT THE LEVEL OF YOUR EYE

The phantom also says this later when he ties Raul to the gate thingy
we know why the phantom says it

but why does the lady say it

the reasons we came up with were
A- to sheild Raul from seeing the phantom

B- to keep things from his eyes (since the building is falling down)

C- as a fighting type of thing

With a hand at the level of one's eyes, the Phantom can not get his noose around one's neck tight enough to kill.

what emcee said

"It's a great feeling of power to be naked in front of people. We're happy to watch actual incredible graphic violence and gore, but as soon as somebody's naked it seems like the public goes a bit bananas about the whole thing."
