I might be buying tickets for the February 21st show. I saw that they have either the 5th row center Orch. Or the 2nd row left. Which seats are better?

I've sat in both areas you describe. They're both great, but I would suggest the 5th row center Orch.

I've sat in both sections.

Personally, I prefer to be in the center...and if you're the sort who just has to feel the swoosh of the chandelier rising right over you...it's perfect.

Left can be great as long as there not the extreme far left. I saw third row left one night and realized I was behind Sir Cameron who was in to look over the show.

Definitely go with 5th row center. I had a similar dilemma the last time I saw Phantom--2nd row left or 5th row right, on the aisle. I went with the 5th row and am so glad I did--2nd row would have been too close, but 5th row is perfect. You have the added benefit of being able to get a center seat, so I'd just go for it. 5th row center is pretty much how Phantom (and most shows) are meant to be seen.

ETA: And of course, how could I have forgotten the chandelier?! Yes, 5th row center is damn near perfect for the full chandelier effect.

Yeah, you got four quick responses the first time around and the tickets still passed you by. Since no one is giving advice anymore, just decide for yourself and take whatever comes up. 5th row center would have been nice, but the other locations you mentioned are still some of the best seats in the house. At this point it's like comparing two seats that are next to each other...if you really want to see the show just take something.
