Run, don't walk. This is one of the best singers EVER. If you are not familiar with her you don't know what you are missing. She does not perform live that often so this is a great chance to see one of the best vocalist you will ever hear. God, I wish I could go!

Posted: 9/17/04 at 2:16pmThe first album I ever owned was Phoebe Snow's Poetry Man. She has an incredible instrument, and such a distinctive sound. If I lived closer, I'd be there in a heartbeat!

Posted: 9/17/04 at 8:21pmSueleen, I have a particular fondness for Phoebe's sultry version of "Teach Me Tonight" on that premiere album of hers. I remember when it was finally released on CD and I could happily replace my old worn LP. She's a distinctive one-of-a kind.
