Rob, I have to commend you and your crew of photographers for not only being at all these events but posting the pictures so quickly!
The amount of press there was annoying. It's not like I wanted to have a conversation with any of the actors anyway, but generally at these things the cast atleast ACKNOWLEDGES your presence. Here, they were too busy being interviewed. I was like, excuse me, is this a press junket, or a CD signing?
The cast did nothing but talk to me. (Or each other.) They were fabulous.
The press people were all around, but either recording or talking to people in line.
These pictures are great, by the way.
Munk, were you at the same cd signing? The cast was great, the line moved fast enough to not take up too much time but slow enough to talk to EVERY SINGLE cast member.
Maybe they chose to interview a bunch of them the exact minute I was at the table, then. Weird.
I'm sorry it wasn't as great for you Munk.
I really could not have ever imagined it being better.
What did Sondheim say to you guys?
The whole long story of my time up there is in this thread.
Sondheim was... just unbelievable.

Random bump to shamelessly point out that the girl in the eighth picture is my Sondheim-crazy ex (Prettylittlepicture2). I'm surprised they didn't have a picture on her on the floor, unconscious from glee.
Yes, that's me. And I actually fell down the stairs after the signing from shock. LIA, I can't believe you actually RECOGNIZED that half of my face was me! Commending you! And there's also that picture of LuPone, Sondheim, and Cerveris holding up a CD, and that CD is mine.
